IGS employs a proprietary panel system using a polystyrene foam core that is encapsulated with Thermo Plastic Composite (TPC). The panels weigh significantly less than traditional walls, are easily maneuvered and can be precision cut in our factory to meet the needs of most building types. This innovative system replaces framing and insulation so that the lightweight, modular panels can be used to build a more cost effective, energy efficient building with relatively unskilled labor in a drastically shorter timeframe than traditional building methods.
